Hence, Prepare for an otherworldly dining experience that will tantalize your taste buds and dazzle your senses. With its colourful décor and unique menu offerings, the Sushi restaurant known as Sushidelic will surely become the town’s talk. 

So come along as we look at this exciting new addition to New York City’s new food scene. 

Psychedelic sushi restaurant; Sushidelic

To begin with, 177 Lafayette Street will host the grand opening of Sushidelic, a psychedelic Kawaii-themed sushi restaurant complete with a sushi counter conveyor belt and neon decor. Hence, This opening will be done on Wednesday, June 28, 2023

In addition, Sebastian Masuda, the multidisciplinary Japanese artist known for his unique aesthetic and style, is creating this project. Moreover, it will be his first project. 

A Japanese architect with a keen sense of sustainability, Aki Miyazono, founder of Blank Designs, designed and built the restaurant. 

You can also enjoy outdoor seating. VIP previews of the colourful, eccentric space have already gone viral on TikTok, so you know it’s going to be a hit when it opens next week
